Replacing a flat roof on a bay window

We live in a terraced house with a standard bay sized window topped with a flat roof. Roof is approx 1m x 3m
The fabric/material has now perished and we're look at quotes.
First and only quote so far is £ 680 which includes insulation, rubber, plyboards etc
This may well be the market rate and therefore a fair price but initial reaction was that it was a little steep.
We live in the north west of England. Does anyone know if this sounds reasonable ?
Thanks

I don't think that sounds steep. You're using rubber which is a good option but isn't cheap and it sounds like you're getting a full roof make up.
Get some insulation in there too!Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
