New Hotmail - Cannot send messages

Anyone with a hotmail account has just been forced to move to new Hotmail Live. Trouble I am having is that when I now try to send messages, I get a "Server is busy, please try later" flag. And I have just tried to edit a Contact and I received the same message.
I never had any such problems with the old Hotmail. It's difficult to believe MSN are having server problems. Anyone else experiencing same?

I have had some problems sending to the new windows live hotmail during the past month (messages get sent back to me).
Also i rolled back msn messenger to 7.0 a while back as the new windows live messenger kept crashing out.Instigated terrorism the road to dictatorship.0 -
I'm still able to use the old style Hotmail.
