See post 17 of zzzubbb's thread. I believe the contract may be invalid as the signatures appear to fail the requirements of the Companies Act 2006.

I suggest the OP sends a pm to kml to see if they have a copy of the full contract.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

A member of my family was driving my car on 25 June 2019 and parked at Fistral Beach car park, paid for parking and left.
I have just received a letter from DRP, a debt recovery company, saying that I owe them £170!
1 I was not driving the car, but they say it is too late to re issue the notice in the correct name
2 I did not receive the letter they allege they sent me when I had the option to pay only £60
3 I have no proof (eg photos) that their details are correct re unpaid tariff time
4 They told me I cannot contact Initial Parking or appel to them as it is too late
5 They have offered me a 15% discount on the fine ie I still have to pay £144.50
How can this be right???
Can anyone please advise on the best course of action.
Thanks very much0 -
