Much better, but the 'In Summary' para needs to be moved near the end!
Remove the word:authorized
And it suffers from the same problem as this one:

Update just checked the Money Claim website and have seen this "DQ sent to you on xxx" should I be expecting this to come in the post, and how should I go about responding?0
-
It's been around 6 days since my DQ has reached the court and 7 since it got to the claimant, however, I haven't seen anything update on the money claim website yet and the deadline was 3 days ago should I be worried?0
-
The CCBC have recently been backlogged. So long as you have proof of sending to CCBC and even if you cannot see the receipt of your DQ, I wouldn't worry. If you are concerned you could always phone CCBC but be prepared for a long "hold".0

Hello everyone. Been a while since I posted. Had a court date set for later this month, however, have just received a letter from CEL with a cancellation of case xxxxx and it has the court cancellation form on. Should I trust this and not go to court later this month or just to be safe should I turn up with that letter? Guessing moneyclaim will take a few days to update as well?0
-
You would be wise to ring the court and confirm with them that the case has been cancelled.
MCOL is not updated after the case has been transferred to the hearing court.0 -
Just gave the court a call and they told me they have not received anything as of yet and to call back in a few days to confirm. You would be wise to ring the court and confirm with them that the case has been cancelled.
