So ex is threatening to stop paying the mortgage before Christmas if house isn't sold.
He is a control freak and would like to ruin me. Im 70 percent sure he would do it just to ruin me.
He takes every opportunity to play games and twist things whilst telling me " you know what a lovely person l am really".
Is there anyway he could talk to the mortgage company and swing things against me. He has an i.q of 120 and has to come out on top.
Should l talk to the mortgage company and tell them my position?

Ex doesn't have to pay the mortgage. You should go through the CSA route and receive the full entitlement. If the mortgage is unaffordable then you'll need to rethink your options.

Is the current mortgage on an interest only or repayment basis?

    It's a repayment mortgage.
I want to sell the house but lm dammed if l do dammed if don't as it will be on the market soon but he's not going to pay it after Nov.
He earns 3.5k a month after deductions mortgage and his rent together 1600. Doesn't have hardly any debt as muggings payed it off almost.

I paid the deposit for the house..so if the house is repossessed then l will loose that.
Meanwhile l cannot work as my daughter's care is my priority . Hiring a qualified carer would cost £27 an hour.
