Issue With Payment Not Received?

I have a couple of items I sold last week that are showing as having been paid on my eBay profile (paid icon highlighted in the usual way), but have the following message underneath :
"eBay note: Payment hasn't been recorded. Unpaid Item Assistant will file a case for this transaction based on your settings."
Now I have the money in my Paypal account (I did check) and assume this is just a little hiccup from eBay, but wondered if anyone else had the same issues as well?

Seems like paypal have issues the last couple of days - i have several orders paid but havent received the payment confirmation from paypal.

The note has disappeared from the original 2 items and rolled onto 2 others I recently sold.
Again paid for and funds received so no issue there. Annoying glitch though!!May you find your sister soon Helli.
