Hi
I have a desktop computer with an Asus Bluetooth connection. However its range is extremely poor and I cannot get an interrupted sound even sitting within a few feet.
I am therefore intending to buy a Bluetooth adapter which I can plug in to the front of the computer via USB port. The adapter comes with its own drivers. Do I need to remove the device drivers for the original Bluetooth?
I have sort of tried this already without removing the original Bluetooth connector. However it appears that the connect to Bluetooth button disappears from the appropriate Windows screen
Thanks

Do a system restore, then just plug the adaptor in. Windows 10 might sort everything out by itself without messing around with drivers. There used to be problems with different 'bluetooth stacks' on Windows fighting with each other, but it's got better. If you have trouble, use System Restore to go back, and install drivers.0
