Random question - does a PCN have to be attached to the windscreen or just anywhere on the car? Many thanks mbk

There's no need to look for random reasons to put in an APCOA appeal.

As long as you use the forum template, unchanged you will win in the end at POPLA because APCOA can't hold registered keeper appellants liable.

Easy one to win. As long as they upload the PCN onto the system.
