Chinese clothes nothing like the pictures

HI
I recently bought some clothes from an online shop advertising through facebook sponsered posts. The garments all looked great in the pictures - (Summer linen styles). I ordered £97 of items thinking they were american - the Shop was priced in dollars and appeared to be ok. Of course once I had paid (using my barclaycard) I found out it was a chinese company - Took almost 3 weeks to arrive and the clothes are terrible - massively over sized and the cheapest material possible! I immediately got in touch with company as per their returns policy and stated I wasn't happy and that the items were not as advertised. They finally - (after 3 chasing emails) have responded saying I pay for return postage to China - must be tracked and then they will issue refund. But offered 25% refund for me to keep the stuff and go away. I refused this and repeatedly asked for the return details. They have since come back with an offer of 30% to go away. In the meantime I have found terrible online reviews of the company from people who have had the same experience and have tried returning goods and the company has said the googds have not been returned - lost in transit and not got any refund.
WHat do you think I should do?
THis company was trading as Chicnin - but also has several other names using same photographs of clothing and same web deign pages.
Do I have any option to go through Visa Charge back?
I'd appreciate any advice.
