My buyer has given notice before exchange and is now trying to rush exchange/completion before the end of March. It's really not ideal as you don't know what might come up. Our solicitor has already made it clear that exchange will take place when everything is ready and it cannot be rushed because of notice being given.

Be patient and give notice once you've exchanged.
