Thank you JamboPD for your post https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6009090/e-09-06-win-1-000-with-x-men-dark-phoenix-help I have just received a WEM to say Congratulations on winning with Absolute Radio and Dark Phoenix. so I think this is it, just hope so. As it also highlights the fact that any prize over £500 within the household prevents any further higher value wins for six months so that's me out until Christmas, so good luck to everyone.

Congratulations!
Did it actually say that you can't win another prize over £500 on your WEM?, as I won £3000 with That's Life back in April, which was amazing!! But nowhere did it say I can't enter for 6months, I haven't been entering though as from reading from posts on here that you can't enter for 6 months, was just wandering if you were specifically told in your WEM that rule.

Restrictions apply automatically to Bauer Competitions as per their T&Cs - For the Global Radio group there is a restriction in the T&Cs but it is not automatic and it says they will inform you if they intend to apply it.

Bauer

no person or persons at the same residential address may win more than one prize valued at £500 or more via any of our Competitions in any given six (6) month period.

If a previous winner (of a prize valued at £500 or more in the last six months) is drawn at random in a subsequent Competition, or subsequent round of the same Competition within six months then they will be disqualified, and another entrant will be drawn. If it emerges after a winner has been awarded a prize that they are a previous winner of a prize valued at £500 or more in the last six months, in breach of these terms and conditions, they will be excluded and the prize shall not be paid or delivered to them. If the prize has already been paid or delivered, this must be returned immediately upon request. For clarity, it is possible to be drawn more than once to play a Competition and if an entrant has not previously won a prize valued at £500 or more in the last six months, they are eligible to play the same Competition again.

All prizes are subject to availability and to us successfully contacting the winner and confirming eligibility and compliance with both the General Terms and Specific Terms.

So that we can ensure the fairness of our Promotions, we reserve the right to prevent you, at our absolute discretion, from entering any of the Promotions for a period of six months (“Exclusion Period”) if you have either (A) won a prize valued at £1,000 or above, or (B) won more than one prize during the previous six months. If we choose to exercise this right, we will notify you in writing. If you continue to enter any Promotion during the Exclusion Period, we reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to disregard your entry, remove prizes and impose a further exclusion period of twelve months from the date of your last entry attempt. Entry fees (if any) will not be refunded. We reserve the right to disqualify your mobile phone number from future Promotions during this Exclusion Period.
