Found another house we like and in budget this time they are willing to take offers as well which is great. One issue we may have are the solar panels as there on a lease to the house is there any pitfalls to this? I'm currently trying to find out more from the vendor in regards to how much longer they have left ect
Anyone give me any pointers or if there is anything else to ask about them?

Any chance that they are owned by the council since that is a huge council estate?0

Have been told they are on a lease but we are still waiting from the vendor to hear back for paperwork or who they are with so far we have heard nothing but we have the list of requirements that need to be met for a mortgage to be granted on the property from our brokerMortgage 165,065/183,000

Bit more info panels were installed in 2015 with 20 year lease ending in may 2035. It was a small local company that installed them and they are still trading and they do maintenance on them once per year ( i assume cleaning and checking they still work efficiently)Mortgage 165,065/183,000
