Esa3 underpayment and now working

Hi all Wonder if any of you clever people can help. BIL has brought the ESA ibr form to full in as he was on benefits from 2011until 2014. My question is...he came off benefits in 2015. Throughout the time he had no savings at all and was single. He has worked full time since coming off benefits. Is it still worth him…

No, it doesn't. There's still another premium paid automatically with income related ESA as advised above. It's the Enhanced disability premium which was £14.05 per week in 2011, slightly more in later years.
