Trying to do a System Restore but it is restoring the registry still after 4 hours.
If it is stuck how can I get out of it.
Can I turn the computer off, or not???

If its clearly stuck (there is no hard drive access going on from the light) and it's been this way for 4 hours, all you can do is switch the entire lot off and on again.0

Malware can often interfere with System Restore.
Try scanning with Malwarebytes and at least one other such as Emsisoft Emergency Kit.0
