I'd reiterate my recommendation from post #9 above - make a formal section 75 claim against Omni and if they reject it, then escalate to the Financial Ombudsman Service (regardless of Omni asserting that you can't do so).mystique81 wrote: »I am going in circles with them - I say I am entitled , they say i am not.
