Low Fee Business Bank Acc For Self Employed

Options
I keep my personal money separate from my self employed income (most current accounts have T&Cs that say you can only have income from employment coming in anyway).

Been with HSBC for years but they are putting their prices up. I don't need any frills, just a bog standard account that doesn't have too high fees.

Any recommendations or anyone with good introductory offers?

If by self employed you men sole trader (not a limited co. director) you don't need "business" account. Any personal account would do.
If it's for ltd. - then Starling is your best bet

Not really, that should be "any personal account where the Ts & Cs don't prohibit use for business purposes", as many (most? all?) do.

Hence (for example) Starling offering their business account to sole traders:
    Who’s it for?

Our business account could be right for you if you’re…

The owner of a limited company – and you’re the only person with significant control over it.

Self-employed. At the moment, our sole trader account is available exclusively to anyone who has a Starling personal account.
while insisting that "your [personal] Account is for personal use only".

I'll look into Starling's Business Account, thanks.
