I currently pay 15% to a Property Management Company’s for looking after a 1bed flat,
Next months I want to leave as they have been terrible to work with,
Are Low Costs Management Company’s worth the risk,
I would like to save money but don’t want to make a bad decision & make thing worst, I wish I had time to manage myself but at the moment don't,
Property location se18 these are the lowest I've found :
McArdle & Tan charge 8.5%
Managemyhome charge 6%
Reka property management charge 5%

Sadly cheap does not necessarily mean you save money.
There again, you are paying 15% and getting bad service, so the bottom line is price is not really any indication of quality.
Assuming your current contract permits you to leave (???), do a lot of research into whoever you you replace them with. See the link above and also look at the links within that link!0
