Help with Smart Meter IHD tariff Settings
Hi MSE forum users.
I need help from everyone to check the tariffs programmed in to their IHD match the tariffs you are currently being charged.
So if you have changed fixed tariff (same supplier) or are on a variable rate tariff that has changed since the IHD was set up do they match?
I'm lead to believe some smart meters are unable to update the IHD with tariff changes and I'd like to get an idea of how big this issue is as it kind of makes the IHD useless.
Remember the IHD tariff includes VAT.
