New extension -stay as 3 bed or make into 4 beds?

It's hard to say without seeing layout but back when we had 3 children I would have preferred 4 bedrooms if at all possible.
If you are going to live there for a while then do what suits you best though.Decluttering, 20 mins / day Jan 2024 2/20 -
A house in our road didn't extended upstairs but did convert a 4 bed into a 3 bed to make the main bedroom larger and add an ensuite. They've extended the ground floor out the back and there is a garage conversion which can be either a study / 4th bedroom downstairs / snug etc but it's up for resale as a 3 bed not 4...and up for more than it was bought for so they don't seem to think it has been detrimental to the value.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16
