Tariff details wrong on my account

Does anyone know how to input my actual tariff details on my Cheap Energy Club account ? I'm with Octopus Energy and the tariff which I am on (Flexible Octopus) isn't showing the correct figures in the drop-down boxes. therefore I'm constantly getting emails suggesting there's a saving to be had and I could switch but because the unit prices are incorrect, the reality is that there's no savings to be made at all. Any ideas ?

Are you sure the difference isn't the effect of VAT @ 5%?

If you are sure the CEC has the wrong figures, you need to report the matter to MSE - contact details on the FAQ page.

Biscuit Tin - thanks for the response but all I can find are FAQ's (which don't address the problem) and no actual contact details for a question to be asked. This is why I have come to the Forum. I've checked it's not the VAT.
