Can you help? What’s The best Multiple Expenses MasterCard/Visa card out there

I am looking to give money to multiple family members and other people on MasterCard/Visa Card so they can buy stuff but I want to have control over the card for example: real time transactions, ability block the card & top it up etc Basically a expenses card like business owners hand out to employees unfortunately I don’t own a business so I am asking if there is one for personal usage or is there a business one with low low fees

Any ideas?

Probably something like starling bank. It’s a current account, not just a card, so won’t work if they need the card day to day as obviously it’d have your name on it. You’re not supposed to give your pin out to others, so clearly you’d need to understand that and be responsible for any losses.


But if it were just needed for next to the computer say, it could work. You can freeze the card within the app and notifications are instant.

The other option is prepaid cards that you can give to peopl, but i don’t know of any that allow you to freeze them at will.

I all ready have Starling the only bad thing is if I give my card to people outside my fully trusted circle they could just take a picture of my card and then use it in the future

I need a separate card with some sort of separate card number to the main card so I can block that second card once they have finished using it and the use the other card (give it to someone else)

Open a saving account with a cash card. Then you can top up the account whenever you need and they can withdraw funds whenever they need. The only complication is that it can't be used online. On the positive side it can't be overdrawn.

No I am just looking for a card like starling bank but with separate cards for different people with different card numbers. That’s it
