Upload a photo of you showing support for the England Women's National Team and complete the entry form. Photos can include you wearing football kit, playing football, watching football or showing support for the team in your local Co-op store. Photos can be selfies or taken with your friends and family.

There are four first prizes to be won, each consisting of a training session for the winner and two guests with an England Women's National Team player. The training session will take place at St. George's Park, Burton upon Trent on a date to be confirmed to the winners. The identity of the England Women's National Team player taking part in the training session is also to be confirmed, subject to player availability and fitness. Each prize will also include an allowance of £70 per person for travel expenses, football kit for the winner and two guests (including a personalised England Women's National Team shirt, shorts, socks, shin guards, boots and a kit bag), a tour of the National Football Centre and lunch at a local hotel. The training session will last approximately 90 minutes and will be led by an FA licensed coach. Prize winners and guests must have a reasonable level of fitness and should not be carrying any injuries on the day. No alcohol is to be consumed by a winner and their two guests prior to the training session. Winners will be notified of the confirmed date and identity of the England Women's National Team player taking part in the training session within 14 days of selection as a winner. If a winner is aged 16 or 17, they must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian although the accompanying parent or adult guardian does not have to take part in the training session. All participants in the training session must be 16 years of age or over.

There are also 100 runner-up prizes, each of a Nike Pitch Performance football.
