Optima Alarm Control Panel (Again!!)

Similar to a post from last year (see below), I am also now needing a replacement front panel:

“I have an old Optima Alarm System.I am looking for a replacement ‘front panel’, for the control box,but my system was installed in 1990.Any advice on where I might obtain a second hand (or new) replacement front panel would be appreciated....thank you....the keypad is a membrane....part of the case front but resting onto the buttons fixed in the enclosure.”

Unfortunately, the only Optima models I can find appear to be a later version with proper buttons rather than the “membrane” as described above.

Would be grateful if anyone could advise which model this could be.
