I have a strange problem with my Samsung smartphone.
I can call an international phone number & the call connects.
If I send a text to the same number the text never gets there.
Any idea what the problem might be !!
It does appear to be one number in particular

This is more likely an issue with the network or phone configuration in the country where the phone number is located.
If it was an issue with your phone none of the calls or texts to any numbers anywere would work.0 -
I think it's issue of your cellular, not the phone0
