Your reason for withdrawing your appeal does not appear on my grammar database. My terms and conditions clearly state that, "All communications must be grammatically correct". Because you have not supplied a valid reason for withdrawal, a grammar charge notice is now applicable. You can of course appeal to Oxford-Collins-Chambers.
