can any one help, is shift pay included when calculating redundancy payment .
some sites say no, but some sites say yes if you get paid it when you are on holiday as it is classed as your basic wage. I have worked at a place for 10 years always on shift .we get shift payed when were on holiday. but they are not including it in the redundancy payment.
need help thanks.
