Loan with possible PPI

Options
I bought a bed in 2009 from Harvey's (invoice shows it as Homestyle Operations Ltd, T/A Sleepmasters). I don't have paperwork apart from the invoice which gives an IFC (don't know what that stands for) as 20 months.
Any ideas who I would contact to find out if PPI was attached to this loan?
I have contacted Connect Financial Solutions in Sheffield (found online in respect of Sleepmasters), but they have replied - on a compliments slip - "We are not a finance company, nothing to do with the enclosed".
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If Harveys sold you the bed, it would be to them that you address any PPI enquiry and to them that you address any mis-selling complaint.

However, by 2009, loan and credit card PPI was no longer being offered by the major banks.
  • IFC - Interest Free Credit perhaps??
I work in Data Protection and spend my days dealing with CMC's. Only here trying to help!!
