Horizon Sainsburys Bicester Parking Charge Notice

I have received a Parking Charge Notice (£80) from Horizon for going over the permited parking time by 12 minutes. The PCN was sent on the 14th June for an infringement on the 8th June.
I used to ignore these, but I feel that I will have to address this one in light of recent litigations. I really can't remember the reason why I was parked there, but it would have been to visit one of the shops in the complex.
Is there any mitigating circumstnces to contest this?
Could the BPA grace period stand up for 12 minutes?
What is the best template to use to contest PCN?
Appreciate your help

Did you or your wife shop at Sainsbury's0 -

No, because mitigation doesn't work, that's not what to do.Is there any mitigating circumstnces to contest this?
Yes - if worded well at POPLA stage.Could the BPA grace period stand up for 12 minutes?
But why would you do any of that if Sainsburys (yes, even though you didn't shop there that day) or the cinema can cancel it on the spot when you complain?
DO NOT say who was driving.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
