BANK charges re overdrawn charges

    Why would you be able to do that? Have the charges been applied incorrectly and not in line with the Bank's published terms and conditions?

    Since 2009 bank charges have not been refundable unless you can show you are in the Bank's definition of current financial hardship. If you are in such hardship, make your case to the Bank-but there is no point in actually requesting specific charges are refunded because the Bank will be under no obligation to do so. Any refund, should it be granted, will be of (some) recent charges and will be goodwill...
