Forgot my Wireless internet password

got my iMac!! but I don't know my password for the wireless internet.... It look nice but isn't doing much lol

How can I get my password ??

Please make it idiot proof my gf works from home and needs the internet to work in the morning ....

You can either get it or you can't
And if you can't, all you can do is reset the password for the whole system ... which would mean changing what your gf's PC has set as the password to also be the new one.

If you do have access to everything, then through the router interface, just find the security section and turn security off... then turn it on again and select a password. Then you will need to put this password onto any PC that connects to that network.

But I suspect you're probably stuffed as you don't have access to your gf's PC ... so you'll just have to wait

Oh no actually she is here we have two laptops and one iMAc, I have access to all the computers I need lol

How do I get to my router page?

I think perhaps I have a wireless modem with a password and a router without as I have logged onto 192.168.1.1 but there isn't an option for secuirty

hmm.. my network is unsecured now... that isn't a great thing is it?
