Power DVD 5 - CD key Needed

Trying to upload a version of Power DVD 5 onto my computer asking for a CD key and the one which was included doesnt work and the one the customer service gave me doesnt work either any of you guys help?!?!?

I would ring customer services up again and ask them to help.
Other option is to install another DVD player software like Cyberlink etc..0 -
Cyberlink make power DVD so trying cyberlink won't help.
If you have a legal copy of the software then phone cyberlink and they should be able to sort out a working key for you, best thing is to enter the key while on the phone so you can tell them if it works or doesnt.
There are lots of different versions or power DVD, even versions like you say you have 5 there could be 10 or 20 different versions of PDVD5 with the way they release updates.0 -
