BW Legal - Settled Out of Court

Just came back to say I've caved in, and have settled out of court with BW Legal. I took the view that it wasn't worth my time, effort and stress, plus a day's annual leave, to defend the case in court.

Yes, it is annoying to think I've been fleeced, and I've let them win, but I feel the decision was the right one for my own personal health and wellbeing. I can now move on and enjoy my life without this hanging over me.

I'm going to chalk this one up to experience, and make sure I never darken the entrance barriers of an NCP car park again.

Big thanks to those who helped on this forum, and I'm sorry I chickened out.
