Saga Visa Platinum card

Options
AIB formally managed these on behalf of Saga but have now passed all outstanding accounts to Link Financial Outsourcing. I owe approx £750 and they want me to pay £150 per month. Though this may be a little difficult I will do it but what worries me is that, according to another site, this debt will be shown as a ‘bad debt’ on my credit file, presumably because it’s a debt collection agency. Is this correct?

No. At least, not because it's a DCA.

Ask them how they will report it, but it sounds fine, unless you've defaulted.
  • I’m sure all Saga card holders were told they need to get everything settled and paid by a certain date or it will be passed to a collection agency?
