Painting & Laminate Flooring London

I am having a few things done and was wondering if this quote is fair.
I am based in London. 3 bed flat, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining area, corridor & kitchen.
Labour costs only
Painting: £2100
Laminate Flooring (3 bedrooms): £500
Change Bath: £300
Change Shower tray: £200
Is the above reasonable? Am I overpaying by a massive amount?
Thanks!

You'll have to give rough sizes of the walls to paint and the floor area to laminate otherwise it is difficult for anyone to help.
From my experience and in line with others in the forum, professional installers of laminate charge circa £12-15/sqm excl VAT for labour only, so you can check that vs the labour cost above.0 -
Is this by the same person? It's an interesting mix of skills for one person to have.
Changing the bath and shower tray is a proper job, but I'm fascinated as to why the bath costs £100 more. Is that for the taps? How are those currently plumbed in and how will they be when the bath is changed?
How do these items currently sit against the walls and floors? Tiles? What's happening with those?Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Slightly off topic, but I've been on this forum since I bought my house last year, and so I check a lot of the posts and read lots of the comments.
@Doozergirl, you've helped a lot of people for free and your advice is invaluable based on your extensive experience so just wanted to say thanks on behalf of all the people that read but may not reply all the time.0 -

Wow. Thank you so much! :kisses3:
I'm feeling the love lately. Someone was nice about me on the housing board yesterday and last week I got a PM calling me a forum legend, lol!Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
