Windows granted access to Google account?

I am totally confused with this - I have been getting email saying Windows has been granted access to my Google account.
I have Android tablet and gmail and for some reason a while back changed my password and got this message and changed it again as I panicked that my info was left wide open.
I have had this again and changed password and keep getting this message again that Windows have been granted access.
Can someone tell me, is this right? Should "Windows have access" or do I need to change password again?

So guessing that some Windows app (program) has been given your gmail credentials (email address and password); How do you access email on the PC? Do you just go to https://www.gmail.com or do you use Outlook? Or Office 365?I have Windows 10 on PC0 -
You just need to go into your Google account settings and remove access for Windows, no need to keep changing your password.0

I think is where Rabbit's asking you to go... you should see a Windows app (or apps)....
