    ....and most sources say it likes damp, but my garden hedgerow bank is bone dry in summer, which is why I have a job establishing plants in it, though hellebores do well and foxgloves are there naturally.


    It's pretty in flower, but also pretty boring when it forms sheets that stop other things growing. It's the first year it's done that, but the spread shows it's been lurking for a few years now.
