MBNA to M&S to MBNA again?

Was wondering if I could try this?
I have a balance on my MBNA card that is a 0% deal due to expire at the end of the month. I have just transferred it to my M&S credit card at 0% for 6 months.
However, I was wondering if, once the balance on MBNA showed as zero, that I could phone them up and ask if I could do another 0% deal with them? (hopefully for longer than 6 months)
I just did this with M&S, after finishing my 0% deal with them only 10 days ago!
I suppose there's nothing wrong with asking? They can only say no.

There is no harm in asking. I had a 12 months 0% card with MBNA which they extended by another 6 or 7 months which was fantastic. However, they appear to be tightening up a bit and seem more reluctant to extend existing deals. If I were you I would ask. If they don't extend, close the card ... and then re-apply in 6 to 8 months time as a new customer.
