Hi.
Just over a month ago I used Shutl delivery on Ebay to send parcel. I went for MyHermes delivery with Shutl. Printed label in store send and forgot about it. Just yesterday buyer contacted me stating he never received parcel. I checked tracking and found it was never delivered cause it was destroyed by Myhermes beyond repair.
Contacted Shut's customer service and they said I missed timeframe for claims. I am over 30 days and can not claim my money. Any ideas what I can do?

Did the buyer open a case? If they did you need to refund them.0

Well. Thanks. It is obvious buyer needs to be refunded. What can I do to Shutl company? I need compensation.0

It may be obvious the buyer needs to be refunded, but you hadn't mentioned it and you didn't mention you were going to refund.
Perhaps you don't need the help if you already have the answers...0 -

Those were the terms and conditions you agreed to, so I'm not sure there is anything else you can do.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
It does seem rather unfair that you lose out because the buyer took so long to inform you of non-delivery, and also that MyHermes failed to contact you about the parcel that they managed to destroy.
I realise that I have not given any suggestions on what you can do, unless there is something in MyHermes T&Cs that requires them to compensate in these circumstances .0 -
I had the same problem with myHermes a long time ago and I stoped using it !0
