How to lock money away until a specific date?

Maybe I’m searching the wrong terms, but I can’t seem to find any fixed period savings account that will let me choose a custom end date. The ones I’ve found online just offer a selection of periods like 6 months or 1 year, but I want to lock my money away until a precise date (Oct 10 this year). I want to be able to pay in as much as I like, as often as I like (probably a few thousand a month) by simple bank transfer, and I want withdrawals to be impossible until my chosen date. I do not care about interest rates, this is purely so I don’t have to expend any energy resisting the temptation to withdraw it early. Is there any savings product that works like this?

Charter Savings Bank offer a 90 day notice account paying 1.95% you can pay in as often as you like and all you have to do is to remember 90 days before the 10th of October to give notice to close it0

Why is 10th October set in stone??
Self control is all what's needed here. Why should it cause you emotional energy??
How much do you hope to save? £100 or £10,000??How's it going, AKA, Nutwatch? - 12 month spends to date = 2.60% of current retirement "pot" (as at end May 2025)0
