Well I welcome your input Case Manager. It's a new system we've yet to find our way around. I recently posted about profit smoothing for the self employed, something I think will become a problem for new starters. All your insights would be useful.0

I know that many posters get great advice usually spot on and I know the guys here always make me murmur. Good advice I would have advised the same. What I will say is most case managers you might not believe are in agreement with the claimants too over most issues but it is a computer and policy that decides we have no discretion anymore. We have no input whatsoever unless the information is wrong. The usual mistakes are non-dependants and Housing but easily sorted and don`t get me started about Real Time earnings from HMRC it’s a nightmare for us all. I am new to here but will come straight off as I am not here for even one hint of abuse I just don`t need it any more as it is a total barrier in trying to explain anything and a bad attitude helps no one especially the one with it. People need to vent I know but I am the wrong person to shout and swear at. I never made the rules and can`t change the policy and think its unfair sometimes. Maybe here I can hopefully give a little insight and I can give some advice but would never pretend to know everything.
Unless you want to be dismissed you should be very careful about information and advice that you give, you could be seen as giving advice on behalf of DWP. Giving help and advice that is available in the public domain is fine, discussing the inadequacies of the system is probably not."You've been reading SOS when it's just your clock reading 5:05 "0 -
