Just checked my Internet Banking and i've seen that a credit of £5 has been put into my account? As for the description of what it is, it just says "ADVISED"
I did make a complaint to HSBC earlier about a phone call I made to them, and I sent an email demanding my money back for the call, and they said their investigating it and would reply within a week. But i've received no email...
They only thing im expecting in is about £50 from PayPal?
Im with HSBC.
Anyone else had this?

I would imagine that this is the refund of calls from HSBC.
The narrative would indicate a letter on its way to you.0
