First time using HoF after it being sold to Sports Direct.
Issue is I paid for next day delivery.
I only received half the order the next day.
I received the rest around 4 days later.
I've tried contacting CS using their online contact form to request a refund for the extra I paid for next day delivery. I have not received a single reply at all.
The Stuff I received late was no use as it was clothes for holidays, is there anyway I could get HoF to pay to return this stock to them.

Why not simply ring them0

No contact number on their website at. Only options are contact form or a online chat which never seems to pop up0

Ah, but did your giant mug and Tottenham Hotspur calculator arrive in time? That’s the important thing.
Good luck getting any kind of customer service from SD/HoF. My approach is to factor all of that into the price and not expect the flexibility and service other retailers offer.0 -

I agree with you in one respect. I think that Mike Ashley is very much a "no frills" sort of person. It has been evident for us Newcastle United fans for a LONG TIME (8 years ago maybe? We gave him a bit of leeway to begin with).
BUT I actually appreciate his model in that the tide is turning against physical retailers and, in terms of "supply and demand", he probably has scope to buy brands for cheap and negotiate cheaper rents. He has also done the "no frills" customer service for quite a while now, so OP's post is not out of place in the context of HoF being bought up by SD.
As a NUFC fan I despise Ashley, but I think he is actually quite savvy when it comes to businesses and I think he's the modern day equivalent of the pound shops which did the rounds a few years ago.0 -
I use to work for Sports Direct quite a few years back so I understand his business model, But atleast there was customer service back then.
Right now its impossible to even contact anyone.0 -
