M&S Abbey Sofa - Thoughts?

Hi all
Has anyone purchased an Abbey Sofa from M&S over the past few years? (2015 onwards as that's when they changed their build roughly)
There's quite a few bad reviews on their website but it's hard to tell if there's a large issue given the fact that people typically only write a review when they've had a bad experience.
Most refer to cushions sagging or the farbic being worn. Has anyone bought a sofa from M&S and got any comments?
