E: 27/06 Win 3 tickets to Make & Mend Crafts Festival, Stockton-on-Tees 07/07
reg/login with Living North
Back for 2019, the Make and Mend Festival is a unique day full of colour, positivity, wellbeing and, of course, crafts. Listen to inspiring talks, watch expert craft demonstrations, enjoy workshops, and meet like-minded people. Festival workshop highlights for this year include those from some of the most talented crafters, artists and creatives in the region, in brush lettering, macrame, origami, paper-cutting, linocutting, and floral water colour painting. New for 2019 is The Maker Marketplace which will offer a range of thoughtfully curated craft kits and handmade gifts to purchase for those looking for something unique to inspire their creativity.
We’ve got three tickets to give away, so you and two friends can enjoy a day of colour and crafts. The tickets will get you entry into the Big Makes area, Marketplace and Wellbeing Area, as well as entry into one workshop of your choice, which must be booked in advance of the weekend and is subject to availability. Try your hand at book-binding, hand-weave your own necklace, or give linocutting a go – with many more to choose from.
The event takes place at Preston Hall Museum, Stockton, on Sunday 7th July.
