Applying fro Universal Credit once leaving university

I have just completed my final semester at university last week and am currently job seeking. A friend who works for the council recommended that I apply for universal credit in the meantime while I apply for jobs to help cover living costs. My issue is that I have not yet "graduated" so am unsure on whether or not I still am in "full-time education", despite the end date of the semester being the 7th June. Can I apply for universal credit or do I need to wait for my graduation date (or even later)?

What is the end date of your final terms student loan?0

I believe you cease to be a student on the last day you are registered as a student which will presumably be the last day of the university term.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.0
