I have a relative with financial worries who Id like to help by giving her a pre paid cash card that she can keep and I can top up via my internet banking. Anybody know about these cards?
Where do I get one and how do I top up so that I can make sure she always has some money for food etc. Thanks

Plenty of options - some in the link eskbanker gave above.
I used FairFX for my old mum in her final days - set up one in my name, put 100 quid on it, then set up a Family and Friends card (an option FairFX give you to have another card on the account, not sure which others do it) in her name, and moved £50 onto it from the original £100.
She then had a card, with her own name on, and some spending money on it.
Monitored her use via the app/website - and topped it up as needed - instantly from teh balance on the original card, which I could then top up from her current account (via LPA).
Worked for me/her.
PS The one I used was their Everywhere Card - not the Euro or Dollar ones! Details at https://www.fairfx.com/everywhere-card0
