help, new electric hob needed - fitting

my hob has died and I am wondering if anyone can help with my (probably silly) questions. I plan on replacing it
It is a built in hob above a built in oven that was here when we moved in, bosch NCT612C01
I have lifted the hob up to see under but wondering if I will need to remove the oven to fit new hob or if I can just take the wire out of the hob and put into the new one...
i've looked on you tube and the wire on mine seems different so now wondering if it is more complicated than I hoped
Thanks in advance

Regardless you need to take the oven out in order to secure the hob with fixing brackets from underneath the worktop.Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0

thanks for your response. i've never wired up a built in one, just freestanding so I don't have a clue. I've measured up so know what size hob I need but not sure if it needs to be specific wiring or if they are all the same. Possibly slightly out of my depth so thinking as long as I buy the correct one I will get an electrician in.Thanks to everyone that posts :T:money:

TBH if you are not sure, get an electrician in to do it. It should cost no more than £50 to £80.Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0
