Hi
i previosly claimed with Natwest in 2009 for my bank charges from 2003-2009 but they rejected to the ruling coming out. i have seen since that you can possibly still claim. Does anyone know if i can still claim for 2003-2009? At the time i was in financial hardship and these charges did not help.

You have to be in current financial hardship to have any hope of a refund of even some charges. Historical charges will never be refunded.0

Does that mean financial hardship now or at the time?0

The banks won the supreme court case in 2009. Hence why you cant reclaim so called "unfair" bank charges.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
