Can i claim old bank charges 2003-2009?

Hi
i previosly claimed with Natwest in 2009 for my bank charges from 2003-2009 but they rejected to the ruling coming out. i have seen since that you can possibly still claim. Does anyone know if i can still claim for 2003-2009? At the time i was in financial hardship and these charges did not help.

You have to be in current financial hardship to have any hope of a refund of even some charges. Historical charges will never be refunded.

How sad a face can you pull in the local free paper?
  • Does that mean financial hardship now or at the time?

The banks won the supreme court case in 2009. Hence why you cant reclaim so called "unfair" bank charges.
