Cash Converters Return

I bought a phone from cash converters online, it had a few more scratches than I thought it looked like in the pictures so I returned it to them via post. They've received it but are saying its got a new large scratch and are refusing to refund me.

I only opened it up for a few minutes before returning and it certainly didn't get scratched in my care.

What can I do?
