Question mark on my AMEX file

So I saw this on my credit file today. (Noodle / Credit Karma). Now I know why it's there, I setup a direct debit recently, so there was a delay.
Just wondering if it has any negative impact at all as I am just about to apply for a new card and would like my files to be tip top.

I have always taken an unreported/unknown marker to be neutral, neither positive or negative.I work within the voluntary sector, supporting vulnerable people to rebuild their lives.
I love my job

You can ask them to update it.
However if payment was late that month you run the “risk” of having it marked as such.0 -
It wasnt "late" as per their Terms and conditions. You can ask them to update it.

However it was "latER" than usual due to their DD systems. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Check exactly what the ? means on this report. However, it's marked green so that should not be interpreted as a negative.0

In that case I don't see it as a problem. Not your fault if AMEX failed to update that month. As the months both sides are ok and, as I said before, the ? is green, I really don't think it is anything to worry about.
What about the balance and payment information for the month and the numerical status. What does that show?0 -
"?'s" will have no effect, they're a completely neutral status.
Stop worrying about it.0
